weird lobby hours 4/28/2021

I really don't understand the lobby hours. On the door it says Monday -Friday 9:00 to 5:00 but I tried to go today at 3:00 and the lady inside just held up 3 fingers at me.... but she made no move to come and explain to me anything, so I assumed the lobby was closed. more

Love This Bank 9/4/2019

I have been doing business with this bank for over 18 years and couldn't be happier with service I receive on a daily basis. From the president, loan officers Tom Early and Pat May, and the friendly tellers who make the banking experience a pleasant one. They respond to any questions in a timely manner, and accuracy I need to conduct my business. What I like most is the small home town feeling rather than a big bank only interested in my money. If you are frustrated with your current bank, I highly recommend look into banking with this organization. more

My husband and I have been banking with the Bank of Lee's Summit since we moved to Lee's Summit 35 years ago. They truly are a reliable bank. They offer free checking and you can manage your account on-line or over an automated telephone system. They also offer a safety deposit box for a reasonable fee. They have four locations in Lee's Summit and they have great customer service. more

Excellent Bank 4/6/2006

I have been banking with the Bank of Lee's Summit for fifteen years and have been really pleased. They offer free checking and best of all you do not have to keep a minimum balance in your checking account. The tellers have been working for the business for ages, therefore, they are very knowledgeable. They have on line banking and an automated system to call for account information. more

Bank Of Lees Summit 12/30/2005

I have banked here for a few years and have always good experiences. There is never any waiting to use the drive thru and the tellers always have a smile on their faces. They even call you by name which makes always makes me feel good. I would recommend this bank to anyone just on the great customer service that they provide. more
