My wife and I hired Secure-All Company Inc to replace a security door on our 100 year old house. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I experienced a team of friendly experts eager to work closely with my wife and I to create a custom design pattern that matched our existing entry door mullion spacing. The quality of materials they use in their doors surpasses most of what I've seen in the industry. Between Cristi in the front office handling our paperwork and Ken in the field installing the door, we couldn't have been more pleased with who they are, the craftsmanship they believe in and especially their wonderful customer service. I recommend using Secure-All Company Inc for your next door project! more

We shopped for two home security doors in 1989. After completing my due diligence, we selected Secure-All due to their competitive pricing, value, quality, and service.\r \r Ken Collaizi and his team installed our security doors that have performed very well. We live in the Berkley neighborhood and we are pleased to support their family-owned business in our community by working with Secure-All.\r \r In 2008 Secure-All installed custom railings for our two outdoor stair wells. Their design was spot-on, their installation was perfect, and the railings are attractive. Our 95 year-old mom safely navigates our stairs.\r \r We recently had Ken service our doors and again it was an excellent experience. I appreciate the sustained value and performance of our security doors and railings. We value that our Secure-All products are supported by the Collaizi family's wonderful service. We have had our front and back security doors for almost 7 years now. I feel very safe in our home with these doors, and have never had any quality issues with them at all. Our neighbors admire them, and what was really nice is all the custom styles that they offer. The doors are worth every penny you spend on these, so choose wisely because they will last and last!\r \r We've had to call Secure-All twice in these 7 years for service calls, that had nothing to do with the quality of the doors. They are fantastic! The first service visit, we had to replace the knob with a lever due to a kitchen remodel. The visit was scheduled quickly, and the serviceman was on time, and even called us when he was on the way. Was knowledgeable about the product and very courteous. The second visit was for a lock that we thought was damaged, but it ended up just needing a good cleaning. Ken was actually early and called ahead of time, as well as was friendly, and he did not try to oversell when we inquired if we needed a new knob altogether.\r \r I would highly recommend Secure-All to any of our friends, neighbors or anyone actually. They are a great company, offer fantastic customer service, and provide a quality product. A rarity in today's market! more

We have loved our Secure-All doors for many years! We first had them installed when our three daughters were little. Now the girls are all grown up but our doors are going strong! When Ken Colaizzi helped us update them last year, we were delighted with results; and when adjustments were needed, they were done at no cost to us! Wonderful product and service! Thank you! more

I've had Secure-All doors for five years. One of the closers broke. Ken came out and replaced it. I paid for the part, that's all. Now it works again like new. He also switched out a couple of other screws while he was here. And he even did a bit of touch-up paint. Not some hired underling who can't wait to get out of here, but an owner of the company who takes pride in his work. Like in the old days. I couldn't be happier. more

We could not be happier with the Secure-All door that we purchased and just had installed (Mar 2012).\r \r First, Ken Colaizzi (sales rep, owner) was professional, prompt and did a thorough job explaining the differences in quality of their doors. Second, we appreciated the flexibility that Secure-All gave us for the payment terms. And finally, the installation was unbelievably smooth, fast & perfectly done.\r \r The installer (Bob) was wonderful to work with, did a great job fitting the door, keyed it to our inside door lock, cleaned up everything afterwards, explained how the new door worked, and even hauled away our old door.\r \r The majority of contractors who do work on our house have the very same initial response...I have never seen anything like this before! And the resulting project is always more involved, time consuming and expensive than we anticipated. But it was not the case this time. The quality of the Secure-All door, the installation, and the overall enhancement to the look & security of our house, all exceeded our expectations. more

SECURE-ALL Steel Doors and Locks 10/25/2011

We've had their ""Made in America-Colorado"" Steel doors for eleven years. What a great Company and what a really secure set of Doors and Locks for our home. The doors still look new. The door frames are steel as well. We just changed out the locks to have lever handles. The old knobs are just like new. We have recommended this Company to several of our neighbors. All are very pleased and know they secured their homes, as well as, supported a local company. P.S. We loved the show-room, but miss Grandpa and his cookies! more

QUALITY PRODUCTS & EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE 6/8/2011

About 7 years ago we had Secure-All install storm doors at our home. When we moved, the doors looked just as good as they day they were installed. Secure-ALL was the obvious choice when we purchased our next home and our new secure doors are just as great. Service and products are exceptional, I wish every business would deliver this level of quality service and products. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. more

Money can buy Peace of Mind 5/10/2011

There is an axiom that states “You get what you pay for”. This certainly applies to my Secure-All Steel doors. The quality material, attention to detail, exceptional caring and expertise of the employees are reflected in the excellence of these doors. The customer service is unequaled in today’s sell it and forget it market place. They arrive on time (even early on one lovely occasion). The door was finished and ready for installation, but I wanted to paint around the frame. Ken stored it for almost two additional weeks so I could do a thorough job. Now that demonstrates extraordinary cooperation and caring for his customers. The security and peace of mind that I feel at home is worth every penny. more

Best Security Door on the market 5/9/2011

We purchased our Secure-All door last year. I have to say that this was the best home improvement/ security purchase we have ever made. I compared several different companies that sold weather/ security doors. Secure-All is in a league of their own. Top notch craftsmanship with superior security features. We absolutely love how our new door looks and works. Safest door with the best quality on the market.
