Beware Renters 3/16/2012

We rented from these people. Never had a late payment, took care of the property but when we moved out they charged us for damage that was noted on our check in sheet. They kept most of our deposit. When I sent a letter asking for an explanation they ignored us. So unless you want to go through the courts to get your deposit back don't rent from them more

Secure One Properties, Excellent! 1/30/2012

My family moved out of Los Angeles six months ago to pursue a new job and we called Jennine Kidd at Secure One to help us rent out our house. She was always available and if we had any problems, she always provided options for us to choose from. Another real bonus was that she has a lot of contacts when it comes to home repairs who are fair minded and professional. We were lucky to have Jennine at Secure One solving those problems for us locally instead of us dealing with it from the east coast. Miss You LA! more

Secure One Properties top managers for 20 years! 1/22/2012

Since moving from the area, I've been able to trust Secure One and their agent Maryam Fatolahi to protect and preserve my house. Maryam is always on top of any problems that might occur, and has been quick to keep me in the loop! The plumbers, gardeners, appliance stores, etc she has at her fingertips do good work. more
