I have a friend that had employees making unreasonable vacation demands and not recording days off . One of the issues was there were no rules in pace. SES came in, wrote policies and procedures, employee job descriptions, vacation rules ( use it or lose it ect?) go them workers comp insurance on a payment plan, saved them on tax filings and so much more! This is hands down one of the best ideas I have seen come along in awhile. It allowed my friend to do what she opened her business for in the first place, to drive a dream and run a business, not manage payroll, vacation time etc?. Thank You SES!!!!!!
