\r Sometimes computers are nothing but a headache. I had a company repair my hard drive and it worked for a week and then it died. They wanted to charge me again for a new hard drive when they obviously gave me a used one to begin with. Frustrated, I asked my friends who they use. Secure Data Recovery Services was the name repeated to me. I dropped of my computer for a hard drive recovery. They gave me a brand new hard drive with all of my info on it and it ran like the wind. Their services were fast, honest and affordable. more

Thank you for acting fast. Before I jumped and chose a company for the RAID 1 Data Recovery we needed, I called a few other companies to see who they used. The only name that was mentioned repeatedly was Secure Data Recovery Services one of the technicians tried to fix the partitions he made an error that completely made the system inoperable. Trial and error is a big part of a learning curve and he learned a valuable lesson. In any case, Secure Data Recovery Services did a fantastic job and the allotted time was a mere 3.5 hours. Secure Data Recovery Services delivers results 5/2/2012

Lightning hit our RAID 10 server and it was fried and smoking. We called in the experts, Secure Data Recovery Services to take a whack at it. I had no expectations of it ever working again and thought we lost all of our data on the server. This was on a Friday so we told Secure Data Recovery Services to take their time and hopefully they would have good news for us by Monday. They worked day and night on it. Sunday night I received a call from a technician telling me that they found 93% of our data! I was shocked! They fixed the system and repaired what needed to be reconfigured and brought the server back to us on Monday. I was so impressed with their determination that I gave them a bonus for the undeniable expertise in this matter. Great service, friendly staff 4/9/2012

My granddaughter popped off two keys off my keyboard. I looked it up and tried what the video said to do, but I could not get them to stay. On the same day she also tipped the tower over and something came loose or broken and it started making noises. I went to Secure Data Recovery Services and brought them my keyboard and tower. Within a few hours they fixed the keyboard and did a wonderful computer repair and hooked all the cables back where they should be and installed a new hard drive. The other one had broken. Great service, friendly staff and they are just wizards doing a computer repair. My granddaughter thanks you so she get back online! more

The charge was minimal, but their expertise was substantial 3/12/2012

I own a computer repair business and recently a client brought in a laptop that would not boot up. I could not get it working right and after 2 days of being frustrated, I called Secure Data Recovery Services to do the computer repair for me. I was impressed with their services and they fixed the computer in just a few hours. I overlooked a crucial step in the repair and in my business that is not a good thing. They are a top notch company in my book 2/6/2012

Our server was old and I kept meaning to get a new one and just kept forgetting. Sure enough the server crashed and would not start up again. I have a small business with just 6 employees and all of our data was on the server. The backup we had was 2 months prior and I had no idea it was not backing up! Secure Data Recovery Services did a Server data recovery and not only fixed it, but they rebuild it to be better than ever!! I am very satisfied with the recovery 1/23/2012

I am very satisfied with the recovery, while not everything could be recovered from the hard drive I was made aware of that before paying. Other companies said it was hopeless but I got almost all of it back. I will not think twice before using Secure Data Recovery again if such need arises. Account rep clearly answered all my questions and made sure I knew what I was paying for. more

Their team of engineers was amazing! 12/29/2011

I own a computer repair shop and fix computers, networks and a variety of things. I constantly tell clients how they need to make sure they have a valid backup at all times. In my mind I can fix anything and tend to disregard what I preach to my customers. One of my clients merged with another company which revamped the back up system I had in place and I was unaware of this. In turn the RAID array went haywire and crashed. They called me and I tried everything I could before I called Secured Data Recovery Services. Their RAID Data Recovery Services are highly regarded in the technology field. They arrived and within 3 hours fixed the system and was back to running correctly. Their team of engineers was amazing! more

Computers are a love and hate relationship. They are finicky and get Trojans from lord knows where which happened to me. I reached out to Secured Data Recovery Services in Nashville to see if they did computer repair. Thank god they did and fixed it in no time. more

They were able to recover my data 9/22/2011

When I discovered that my disc was in dire need of Raid data recovery I panicked. I really thought that it was all over for me. I realized that I needed a professional to help me recover my data and try to save the disc. I called Secure Data Recovery Services to get some answers. I was surprised to find that they not only had the right answers, but they were able to recover my data as well. We are amazed by the degree of reachability and customer ser 9/12/2011

We were very surprised by the lengths that Secure Data Recovery Services is willing to go to as a company. Their customer service is spectacular. Our server went down at the worst possible time, on a Friday night. It would have been a disaster for our company if we had to wait till Monday morning to reach a data recovery company. We called several companies we found online, and just like we expected, there was no one who would pick up. But after several tries with other companies, we were finally able to get through to one, which turned out to be Secure Data Recovery Services in Nashville. They really do work around the clock - when we said it was an emergency and we needed to get the data back ASAP, one of their engineers came to our door within half an hour to drive the server back to their labs. To our delight, we got our server up and running again before midnight struck, and we owe it all to Secure Data Recovery Services for saving us from the nightmare that would have occurred if we really did have to wait until Monday. Again, we are amazed by the degree of reachability and customer service at California Data Services and would absolutely recommend them to others in need of quick or emergency service. more

My experience with Secure Data Recovery Services was great. 5/23/2011

My hard drive failed but it was under warranty. I was just about to send it in and get my money back, when I realised that frankly, the data on the drive is worth a thousand times more than what I'd get for the broken drive by the warranty, so I went to Secure Data Recovery Services to recover the data. They did an admirable job -I got everything back on a new drive. And then, just for kicks, I asked to have my old broken drive back, and sent it in to get the warranty payment. Obviously, it doesn't offset what I spent on the recovery, but hey, I did save $80. But anyways, staying on point, I suggest you go with Secure Data Recovery Services for the recovery - they do some pretty neat things, like letting you pick and choose what to recover from what they found, they don't charge you for the evaluation, and at least as far as I'm aware, they don't have like a ""minimum charge"" that they make you pay. I've heard of other recovery companies pulling all sorts of scams, since, you know, it's pretty easy to take advantage of someone who's in panic over losing something important. But my experience with Secure Data Recovery Services was pretty good, and as I can see from other reviewers, their was too. more
