fire broke out in the basement where the server is maintained. When all was ok to go back into the building and back to work the server would not boot up. It was totally black with soot and dripping wet from the firefighters. The technicians cleaned it and tried to get it working properly, but chose to bring it to Secure Data Recovery Services for a Server data recovery. By the end of the day, the server was repaired and they located 93% of our critical data which was incredible. This company is at the top of our list of rapid response companies performing their very best on such short notice. Our downtime was no where near what we expected. Thank you for understanding the importance in our situation. more

Great job people! 5/1/2012

I needed a company that knew how to do a File / EMail Data Recovery. All of my files vanished and my email contacts disappeared. It was like being in a bad horror movie! Secure Data Recovery Services destroyed the mean virus that was attacking my pc and cleaned it up for me. Now my files and email contacts returned and I am back to doing business online. I would have been lost without their services. What you people do is worth its weight in gold. The cost was cheap too! Great job people! more

After my wedding shoot, I went to upload my photos. I inserted my media card and nothing was happening. Of course I panicked! It was the wedding of my son and his new wife. I rushed it over to Secure Data Recovery Services and told them it was a dire EMERGENCY! In less than one hour they did a USB recovery and recaptured every photo I had taken! Phew, was I relieved. I only had one week to make them an album before they came back from their honeymoon. Secure Data Recovery Services saved the day! It would have been so sad if they were lost. Great 2/5/2012

I put my laptop on the roof of my car while I was talking on the phone to open the door. Got in the car and totally forgot about it and yes, I drove off. Laptop went flying and crashed on the ground. Screen was cracked and it wouldn?t start up. I dropped it off at Secure Data Recovery Services and they did a laptop data repair. It was so embarrassing telling them what happened and they were polite and said it happened all the time. It was fixed by the end of the day and even better than before. more

Life saver 1/23/2012

In our business we have a RAID 50 collecting all of our data. We were experiencing mini earthquakes over and over for roughly 30 minutes. Our computers were not working right and not one employee could get to their drives. Secured Data Recovery Services came over and analyzed our RAID 50. This is a note of thanks for your extraordinary work in the USB & Digital Media recovery you performed. I am responsible for all the photos taken at my company. While I was organizing everything at the end of the day on my desk, I accidentally tipped over my large cup of tea onto the USB?s and SIM cards. After panicking, I researched what company had the knowledge and expertise to fix my booboo. I sent them out to be received the next day by Secured Data Recovery Services. To my amazement, the next day they called me. On the second day they said they were all done and sending back and retrieved everything. They found the deleted files and had them restored same day! 5/23/2011

I was trying to clear up some space on my computer and deleted a bunch of files I had floating around that were taking up a bunch of space. I wasn't sure what they were for. But it turns out they were kind of important! Apparently they were required for my wife's accounting software to run. It was a big deal for us - we needed to restore those files ASAP. I know that deleting a file doesn't necessarily destroy the actual data, so I didn't lose hope yet. I tried some things first - there are programs out there that promise to restore deleted files. But nothing worked. So we decided to let Secure Data Recovery Services have a try. We explained the problem, and they got to work. They were able to fix the problem quite easily, it seems. They called the next day to say they found the deleted files and had them restored. The software started working as if nothing happened! more

Appreciate a really good job. 6/4/2010

My kid accidently dropped my laptop on the floor and my hard started clicking right away. I have had similar situations in the past and was aware of the measures I needed to take. I looked up some local shops but they weren't going to take a risk. So,I chose Hard Drive Data Recovery Las Vegas and they did not disappoint. I was constantly notified of the progress and was even shown a list of my files for confirmation. Hard Drive Data Recovery Las Vegas recovered our data from a broken RAID configuration that nobody in our company could fix. We had our configuration down for about a week prior to contacting Hard Data Recovery Vegas so we already were in the panic mode. I have exhausted my options as far as getting one of my old drives to spin up again because I needed a very importantpiece of information that has gotten stuck in the midst of all the old information. Saved important info 4/22/2010

I work on an ancient offline computer at win98. I had a set of 6 documents in jpg, all pretty large, about 2 mb, and very important. When I open the file the computer stopped for a very long time and wouldn't respond. All the files disappeared from folder, after reboot. more
