This is a company worth hiring in a heartbeat! 5/1/2012

RAID data recovery services are difficult to achieve a high success rate in. Secure Data Recovery Services managed everything for us. Our system went haywire overnight and was not working properly. Secure Data Recovery Services stepped up to the plate with a success rate of 99% in locating all of our valuable information. They are miracle workers! I hold this company in high regards and will recommend them to everyone! Their limitless knowledge is extraordinary and each technician we encountered was pleasant and professional. Found over 98% of our data 4/6/2012

Our company stores a lot of data in Access and on occasion it has a hiccup. A few weeks ago it had a big hiccup and wasn?t working at all. We called in Secure Data Recovery Services to hopefully do a successful data base recovery. In the afternoon, they came back and found over 98% of our data. We had viruses and some corrupted files which caused the breakdown. Thank you for locating our important data. more

They saved our company 3/11/2012

Secure Data Recovery Services did a RAID Recovery for us after we experienced water damage in our computer room. To my surprise, they were able to retrieve all of our critical data and fix our RAID system. I do not know how they did it, but all of the information stored was brought back to life. They saved our company and our jobs with their high performance engineers working on it for hours. If there is one thing I learned through this ordeal was that nothing is safe from harm. We now have a back up to the back up just in case. Thank you for the quick turn around time and knowledge. more

I'm duly grateful that I was able to retrieve all of my information. Your military discount was the biggest selling point for me. If it weren't for that, I probably would've waited until I had more money available to pay for the service. You were a lifesaver, thank you 12/28/2011

A RAID Recovery is not an easy thing what-so-ever to do. When one of the drives crashed I tried my best to replace and copy the critical data. Unfortunately it didn?t fly. I checked around to see who I could call to fix this problem and Secured Data Recovery Services was the name suggested by 3 of my technician friends. I gave them a buzz and they come over and scooped up the RAID backup. To my amazement, it was fixed and returned in just an hour and a half. They set it up and it runs like the wind with no errors. Many thanks to Secure Data Recovery, it was worth the call 5/23/2011

I was running low on space on my hard drive, so I burned all our photos on the computer to a DVD and deleted them from the computer. But later on, when I put it in and tried to access the photos, the DVD appeared to be empty. We took it to Secure Data Recovery Services here in Chicago and they were able to perform recovery on the DVD. All our photos are now saved! Reliable Data Recovery Company in Chicago, 5 Stars 5/14/2011

My 20 GB Fujitsu MPG3204AH hard drive went bad one day. It would spin all right, and would do an initial head movement, but didn't show up on the list of IDE controller devices during boot. Based on this, I was pretty sure that the controller PCB board went bad. I went to Secure Data Recovery Services and spoke with a technician. I was pleased that I spoke to someone who was very experienced, it only took 10 minutes to find out that it wasn't actually the controller PCB that was responsible, that it was more likely one of the heads crashed. It was clear they had a lot of experience in the data recovery field - they told me when a Fujitsu head crashes, it usually doesn't damage the platter too badly, so there was a good prognosis for successful data recovery. Sure enough, the next day they were able to fix the bad head and recover all the data on the drive. Long story short, Secure Data Recovery Services technicians know what they're doing and are very helpful and prompt. 5 stars. more

After my hard drive crashed and I did some research on the error message I was getting, I was sure that I would never recover the data that I never backed up...and if someone COULD recover the data it would cost a fortune. When a friend who had previously used your services told me about you, I was skeptical. Boy was I wrong. Not only did you guys recover my data and get it back to me in just over a week, the cost was outstanding! I can't sing your praises to enough people right now.
