Excellent Customer Service 2/7/2011

Asked for something original for my wife who has been restricted to the bed and who used to be a florist herself. Specified a price and one of the models they have on their website as inspiration. Sort of for valentines day, and also just because. They did a spectacular job, not only with the arrangement itself but also the logistics. She was very impressed. Staff was nice, knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. more

Don't use for Wedding 10/22/2009

Don't use them for your wedding. For well over a thousand dollars in flowers, you would think they would be more flexible in there church delivery. Our church has no one available to open the church until 3:00 PM. (these people are volunteers, so I understand) Secret Garden is refusing, after several calls pleading with them, to deliver any later than 2:00 PM. Their response is ""Check your contract"". I entered into that contract months ago. Who knew this would be an issue? They said if we can not get into the church by 2:00, they can deliver the flowers to someone's house. Do they really think I have time to load up the flowers, take them to the church and then have to set them up myself? I thought that is what I was paying them for. Who ever heard of a business that is based on customer service and satisfaction telling someone they close at 2:00 on Saturday and too bad if we don't like it? Unsatisfactory Service 3/5/2009

I would not use this florist again or recommend them to a friend. They delivered the flowers I ordered on the wrong day, at the wrong time. When I confronted them, they sidestepped the issue, no remedy was obtained. It was a waste since I had to send flowers on the correct date from another florist. It was their mistake and no responsibility was taken on their part. Time is important when delivering a sentimental gift. Cons: Customer service gets two thumbs down more
