Are you a sucker for a good deal? Would getting a pair of Tommy Hilfiger jeans for less than $10 make you salivate? Try The Second Act. It's advertised as an upscale retail clothing consignment store. The clothes are gently used. But the bargains are terrific. The drawbacks are that they're not as inexpensive as the other consignment shops in town, and they ask that you return your clothes to the rack yourself if you try them on and reject them. Also, the store is jam packed, literally, and the clothes aren't always on the racks they're supposed to be on. But you get what you pay for and in this case, if you're interested in consignment shopping, go for it.
