The horses are all turned out together on a patch of dirt (no grass, no round bales of hay, no run in sheds, NADA!) If your horse isn't one of the dominant ones, they won't get hay and when it's gone, it's gone. The ""wash stall"" is used for extra storage most of the time and the ring is uneven and fulll of rocks and a huge round pen. If your horse doesn't get along with other horses in turn out, too bad because all the private turn outs are filled with his own personal horses. He's very expensive for a barn with no good riding ring and horrible turn out. To top it off, your horse is turned out 24/7 aside from when they eat meals for most of the year so why are you paying so much? They don't use up shavings being in their stall so what gives? There are other barns in the area with more to offer for the money.
