Sebastian Scobercea, M.D., earned his bachelor's degree in chemistry with an emphasis in biochemistry at Northwestern University in 1992. In 1996, he received his medical degree at Loyola University of Chicago-Stritch School of Medicine. Dr. Scobercea completed his residency at Lutheran General Hospital in Family Medicine. Prior to moving to Texas, he worked for eight years as a family physician in Illinois. Dr. Scobercea is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Texas Medical Association and the Harris County Medical Society. When Dr. Scobercea is not caring for his patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, playing golf, traveling and playing in the Celebration Orchestra at his church.
