Disappointed 11/30/2008

They installed/finished our kitchen floors 10 years ago (nice job), so we used them for new floor install in living room and to refinish kitchen floor. We found problems, the worst that they didn't clean up the grit from the sanding under the kitchen cabinets and then laid the finish on top, leaving a permanent gritty mess. New floor install was also marred by mistakes, failure to cover staples, nails -- very disappointing job. Won't use them again. more

Great Job! No Surprises! 5/16/2007

Unlike every other contractor I've ever used, there were absolutely no surprises...the price was exactly what they wrote in their estimate. They were on-time, did a great job, and were friendly. And like everyone else says, free furniture foot pads and floor cleaner for life! more

Great Place! 8/4/2006

Seattle Floor Service is a GREAT place. I've recently had my floors done and they look GREAT! They had great prices and they were quick and friendly. This place is definitely one of the best places to get your floors refinished or installed. Not to mention the FREE floor cleaner and floor pads FOR LIFE! The have a great selection of finishes (i think I'm not an expert in the floor industry) like vermeister which is supposed to be one of the best and one of there own that you can't find ANYWHERE else called e-floor which is chemical free which mean no nasty chemical smell ever! more

Good work, good followup 2/5/2006

While they're not the choice for small jobs (since they have a minimum fee), they did an excellent job on the 40+ year old floors in our house. Good follow-through--they provided furniture pads and floor cleaner. more
