First off let me say that this business is one of the only that I have found that not only has a great product but also has great values! I met them at the Queen Anne farmers market and instantly fell in love with their product. Everyone from their company I met really cares about the bagels and bagel chips and that says alot. more

This company has the worst customer service (Monica) and sales/delivery driver(Tyler) EVER!!! I had bagel's and muffins delivered to my stand on a weekly basis and they were always inconsistent with my delivery day. I also payed for my bagels and muffins upon delivery and than I get a outstanding invoice for the product I've already been paying for. I am a new small business owner and should have never excepted a invoice as a receipt. It is unfortunate because the product they provide is good and always fresh. After reading the reviews and seeing that the company is under new ownership it is clear to me that nothing has changed. more

Our cafe has been working with Seattle Bagel Bakery for almost 20 years. They have never missed a delivery date. Started curing our own salmon for lox to compliment the bagels. We can hardly stay in stock! more

Horrible customer service in the wholesale department! My cafe has been purchasing bagels from Seattle Bagel Bakery for over 10 years. The new owner has zero respect for his customers and does not know how to hire and train responsible employees. As a loyal customer for over a decade, my company and our employees should be treated with respect. We received completely the opposite from the new owner. He should learn something about running a company and treating his customers with respect! I have never experienced such poor customer service in my entire life, especially from a company that I have been loyal to for over a decade! After purchasing bagels from Seattle Bagel Bakery everyday for 10 years, we have cancelled our orders and will never go back to Seattle Bagel Bakery even if it's the only bakery in Seattle! Seattle Bagels are sooooo good. I have been noticing them all over town the past couple years. I buy them at PCC markets and UW all the time. I am from the east coast and although the bagels are not totally New York they are fresh and made with local flour. I think it's the traditional kettle boil that makes them so good. I wish they would open a shop again, that was something that closed before I moved here. Everytime my friends and I are out and about or need a good snack I always 9 out of 10 times can go to any coffee shop that's not a Starbucks and get a Seattle Bagel. It's fabulous.
