This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not use them - ever! The only reason I used them is that they were the company I had to use with my 2-10 home warranty insurance (also bad). We called them 3 weeks ago when our air conditioner quit working. A man arrived to fix it and told us it was jus the breaker - never bothered to check that somthing might be tripping the breaker. So, of course it quit working again right away. The next time they came out they found it was the compressor causing the problem. So we needed a new compressor. At his point nothing was ever done. We called repeatedly and were told it had not been approved by home warranty company. The home warranty company assured us it had been approved so the ntheir story changed to they had ordered the part and it had not come in yet. So for 2 weeks we waited for the part to come in. When 2-10 called to check on it (10 minutes after they had told me they did not have the part in yet) they were told they did have the part and had already scheduled repairs! Finally, after talking with them again, I now have an appointment time of a week from now for them to fix it - over a month later in 100 degree temps. Keep in mind I called them almost daily - sometimess more than once a day and it still took this long.
