I had never really taken a spin class before I went to this studio, but man am I hooked! First you get your butt kicked with 30 minutes on the bike (I've never sweat that much in my life) which actually flies by, especially with the energetic music they play, then you stretch out (and still keep your heart rate up mind you) all the muscles you just worked with 30 minutes of yoga! It is absolutely perfect! I have never felt better after a workout in my life! That is truly the best way to spend an hour of your time if you are going to workout. Dawnelle, the studio owner, is a truly incredible instructor! HIGHLY recommended!!
