My entire pregnancy I've felt ignored. When I raise a concern it's "nothing". I've called twice to speak with a nurse about possible issues and haven't received a call back either time. I've actually been forgotten in the waiting room. I'm not a big "doctor" person so I don't speak up unless I feel like something really is an issue, to be completely ignored when I do speak out is beyond frustrating. As far as pediatric care is concerned, I've never had worse. For my oldest child it's acceptable care but not for my youngest as they are a special needs child. I brought all the records with me and they said they didn't need them. When seeking refusals to the specialists needed they completely dropped the ball. The doctors we've seen don't know or understand the my childs condition and have yet to educate themselves on it. Overall I'm really upset with the care here. more

Sad to be moving. I'll miss their women's and pediatric care 8/26/2014

I went with the nurse midwives for prenatal care and delivery with my first son. They were so nice and gentle, they made me feel like my worries were valid while still reassuring me that they had things well in hand. I also loved how quickly the pediatricians office got back to me throughout my sons first year and a half. I especially loved dr. Hymas (sp?) more

If you want to get surprise bills for two years after every visit then go there 6/13/2013

The doctors are nice but don't really take your concerns seriously. The wait time is at least an hour every time. But my real beef is with BILLING! I am being dead serious when I say more than four times I have gotten a bill 1 1/2 years later. I went to the doctor when my husband had a job and was making good money, we didn't have insurance but we had money. A year later, after my husband had lost his job and we had no money, I got a surprise $500 bill. Then more surprise bills continued to show up every three months or so. Then I got on my parents insurance for pregnancy and went to the doctor(I shouldn't have gone back!) and my insurance paid everything but the part the office covered. We moved shortly after and I got a bill several months later that my insurance said THE DOCTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR and paid it while asking the office for my balance so I wouldnt have any more surprise visits. They tried to explain to me that it takes awhile to figure out. Confusing right? Especially since I went to three more doctors throughout my pregnancy and guess what?! I got no bills and was given a statement within a month. Now today, exactly 1 1/2 years later I get a phone call from the billing lady threatening to send me to collections. I admit I was rude, but why hadn't I gotten a bill? I told the lady she needed to do her job and she said I needed to learn to pay my bills. I told her my address and said I would pay it when I actually see it. And why the hell were they sending bills to my parents address where I have never lived NOR listed on my contact info. Yea, they were crossing my info with my mom's info, which is probably illegal. Either way, I AM SO TIRED OF GETTING SURPRISE BILLS YEARS LATER!! I am sure I will get another one in six months. P.S They sent my sister to collections two days after she had paid her bill. You WILL get screwed and when life gets hard you will get a surprise $1000 bill that you are not responsible for but have to pay because they like to send people to collections. more

Bad service 1/24/2013

I have had 3 UTI's during my pregnancy 2 of which caused bleeding and immense pain. I went in yesterday and was told I was fine and to go home. the pain and bleeding continued from 9:30 A.M. until my husband took me to community care where they told me I had a very bad UTI that was effecting my kidneys (that's why there was so much pain & blood) I did not feel any pain relief until about 2:00 A.M. When my medicine finally kicked in. I am disgusted by the fact that I gave a urine sample at the OB's office and they did not even test it or touch it while I was there. And a while ago I was diagnosed with gestational Diabetes and told the dietitian would schedule me in and give me a call to set up an appointment. I finally received a call a week ago to set up an appointment a week ago, (20+ days after being diagnosed) I am completely unimpressed and am switching doctors. more

Worst Medical Place. Please DO NOT COME HERE! 8/14/2012

Seasons Medical of Internal Medicine. Poor service. Bad office. Need new staff. Janelle Greene is a bad PA and did not treat us well. Rex PA and Dr. Lofgran took good care of us. The rest of the office screwed up. Blood tests and urine tests were constantly screwed up by the nurses, so we had to come in at least 3 or 4 times to give additional samples. We didn't have time for that. Insurance filing department screwed up and billed us even though we didn't owe anything, but they actually did their research and found out that they were wrong after almost a year of phone calls and arguing with them. They have given us so much grief. Do not come here. more
