  • SBS behavior analysts provide consultation and support to school district teachers, BCBAs, and program administrators. Our goal is to support professionals in creating and running high-quality and effective educational programs for their students. We specialize in staff training, program design and classroom management, the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, and implementing systems to better measure and improve student outcomes. SBS also supports local school districts by supplying PhD-level behavior analysts (BCBAs) to fulfill service hours dictated by students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Our BCBAs serve individual schools or several schools within one district by conducting functional behavior assessments, designing behavior support plans, training teachers and classroom staff, and representing the district at meetings with families.
