This is the umpteenth time that our company has made reservations weeks in advance, only to arrive and be informed that our tables are not ready. This time, we had business guests flying in from all over the country. We had hoped to show off Boca Raton's hospitality. Forty-five minutes later, our party of 8 was still waiting to be seated. \r

Why take reservations if they are going to be ignored, Seasons 52? Your reservation system is worthless, and your management should resign. When our table was finally available, it was a single round table with leaves - ideally suited for four, but made to seat eight. There wasn't even enough room for everyone to put their menus on the table at the same time. Ridiculous.\r

Fortunately, the food was palatable. The server was an upseller -- would you like a salad with that? Blah, blah, blah.\r

If I have any input to the next important event held by family or corporation, my vote will be to steer clear of Seasons 52. They simply can't be relied upon.
