Seasonal Solution INC

I am in charge of landscaping at an intown condominium complex with a huge green space. Contrary to what the prior reviewer (tiredofbadlandscapers) said (that person is also resident here), I and my fellow board members have been very satisfied with Seasonal Solutions. They are responsive when I need to contact them and do their best to meet our needs. They generally keep their crew on track with the ""mission"" and follow our instructions, as well as offering their expertise about plantings and plant care. Sometimes, naturally, issues arise that need to be resolved, but the management has always done their best to work with us. If we have a problem, they do their best to correct it. The unfairly negative review I referred to earlier is from a resident who continually harasses the crew and often keeps them from doing their job for long periods of time with non-stop talking and leading them around ordering them to do her bidding, which frequently is completely out of line with what the instructions the crew has received. more

This Company sends out a continuous stream of untrained crew members with no knowledge of proper landscape architecture. The Company cannot even keep the same crew chiefs, so the property never looks the same way twice. The untrained pruner is given a weed trimmer and they hack at the bushes in bulk, when they should be trimmed by hand. They let things get so overgrown, so they can try to turn it into one big hedge. All they have to do is follow the 40 year old landscaping and they can't seem to do that. They cut grass so short it burns. The Company gets the contract then turns Monkeys loose on your property with sophisticated equipment so they can do a hack job. They will flat top every bush on on property, given the chance. It doesn't matter if the owner of the company is a landscape ""professional"" because once he has the contract, you will never see him, nor will he properly train his continuous stream of employees. more
