The reviews for this restaurant were pretty good on Citysearch, so my friends and I went there today ; however, I had to say that this is the restaurant with the worst service attitude.\r

First, they made us wait for an hour and 20 mins. They told us there would be less than an hour; after we have waited for an hour, they said it would be an hour and plus. OK., so we still waited there. And whenever we asked how long will we wait, the waitress said they didn't know and couldn't estimate. When they told us that they are cleaning the table for us, it turned out that some other waitress gave out our table to another party and the waitress didn't come out to explain to us until we asked again !!! \r

I have to say that they have a real bad table arrangement and bad sense of timing in serving their customers.\r

Second, when we made complaints, they didn't show any sincere apologies, not even the manager. They just said that they had no idea when the next table would be ready and even told us that some customers had waited for 1 hour and 40 mins-----we are not competing for who has the most patience. We are here to be served with nice service. Let me say that, if a restaurant doesn't know how to give waiting customers a close estimation of waiting time and couldn't arrange the table sufficiently, it has a real bad management issue!!! \r

The receptionists were very rude, and they sticked to a very stubborn table arrangement policy and inflexibility. Isn't making customers happy your ultimate goal? Apparently not, they seemed to be too proud of their restaurant and didn't bother to care if a small group of customers (with an infant and a toddler) were not happy to wait for an hour and 20 mins!!!! \r
