Seashore On The Sand

Not our first time staying at Seashore. Third time actually and it gets better and better every time. Absolutely loved the way they remodeled the 3 bedroom. Complete luxury. Wonderful place to stay for our family and Grandma and Grandpa! Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and enjoy the ocean views and watch the children play. The weather couldn't have been more perfect, once again. We love our beach house and the fact that Grandma and Grandpa insist on paying every year. Looking forward for our stay there next year. Looks like Seashore is becoming a family tradition. We love it! :) more

I want to live there forever. I wish I could afford one of the 3bd 3bth condos. Out of all the beaches in San Diego county, the beach right in front of Seashore is my favorite. Not too mention the property. They did a fantastic job on the remodels. I love the way they decorated the condos. The gas fireplace, the electric shades, jacuzzi tubs and so much more I didn't expect. This is by far the nicest oceanfront condo in Carlsbad. more

Our last stay at Seashore was probably one of the best out of the many. We've been vacationing there for the last 11 years. Even though my family lives in Carlsbad, we don't have ocean front property. Except a week or two every year at Seashore. All of the units are fully furnished with everything you need. Our kids call it our beach home. Kurt and Norine are the greatest! more

The best *unforgettable* weekend with family & friends. Seashore on the Sand is an amazing place to stay and relax. On the shore, immaculate 3 bedroom vacation house. Super easy, friendly, accommodating and helpful management / owners. Close to everything but secluded beach, extremely relaxing and you can hear waves crashing from the room and balcony. Watch the gorgeous sunset over the ocean from the comfort of your room... What more you can ask? BLISS and BEAUTY. Thank You. more

Right on the sand. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. Watch the dolphins jumping and playing in the morning. We had an amazing weekend at Seashore on the Sand. We will never forget it. I have to say that Noreen and Kurt (the owners) are super sweet and so accommodating. We originally reserved a studio but they are on a common patio and as we considered this a romantic getaway we had our hearts set on privacy. We spent one night in the studio which is adorable! Very kitchy, cute, seaside decoration and a murphy bed which is fun. The second and third night they put us up in an amazing 1br. The most beautiful view from living room picture window and balcony accessible from lr and br! Nicely decorated as well, but the ability to fall asleep with the balcony door open to the sound of the crashing waves was the ultimate for us. Staying ""on the sand"" is always pricey, but the rates at Seashore are exceptional. Very reasonable all things considered, and worth every penny! Pros: So many to name Cons: We couldn't stay longer more
