Sears and Sons are completely unreliable. They change their pickup times without warning, so trash goes uncollected. When you call to make other arrangements for trash collection, they tell you that a truck or two is broke down, and they'll pick it up as soon as possible, but never do. I've spent days speed-dialing there phone number, and rarely will they pick up their phone. The service they provide is poor, but I guess you get what you pay for.
The only good part about their service, and the only reason that I've kept them for several years is that they don't demand that you use one of their trash cans. With that said, they will limit the amount of garbage they haul, if they have trucks broke down, which is usually the norm.
I live in a homeowner's association, and I get fined if my trash is left out longer than 24 hours. I'd rather pay more to another trash company than to pay fines because Sears and Sons can't get their business in order.
So long...
