Dropped by the Sears Repair Center on 104th Avenue today hoping they could quickly repair my 5 year old vacuum. Showed them the problem and the gentleman at the counter informed me the service fee would be $95. Then he suggested I just buy the part ($21) and showed me how to fix it myself. He looked in his computer inventory to see if they had the part in stock. Even though his inventory list said they were out of that part, he went to the back and looked and came back with one! I was thrilled. This took all of 5 minutes and I was on my way!
