AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE 4/18/2012

The store experience was fine but Sears apparently has given up trying to compete with Home Depot, Lowes and other competitors. They simply don't care! We purchased a washer and dryer three weeks ago and to this date, it has still not been installed. EAch time they come out there is a problem, they carry no extra equipment with them and we end have to purchase this part or that part for the installation and then when they come back the problem is different and of course their visits are at least of week apart because they are so darn busy. Doing what - providing awful customer service that their clients have grown to expect. Never Again! In the meantime, we have spent extra money on parts it turns out we don't need and are still sending our clothes to wash and fold. I will never walk with 100 feet of another Sears store. They are tired, don't care and should just closed down! more

Deal and service was great! It bothers me after reading the reviews it sounds like a horrible place, but really it is nice, people say hi, and I am not ignored. I just bought a white maytag side by side for $499.93 last week. At home depot it was 809$. I thought I couldnt have gotten so nice a unit if it wasnt for this place. I tried finding this refrigerator model # i think is MSD2272 online cheaper and couldn't. Delivery was yesterday and it went well. I would recommend this place. I got a call today from Daniel asking me how everything went, and that tells me this place does care. more

Don't recommend unless you have no other options 6/23/2010

Great sales person, delivery driver couldn't speak english and got lost because he couldn't understand my verbal directions. Fridge and hardware were malfunctioning at delivery. After three 15 minute calls to Customer service, I get 4 hour window for tech to arrive. As long as you don't have to deal with a customer service or need it repaired you'll be okay. If you need repairs, you will need to dedicate a whole day to it get taken care off. Pros: Price Cons: Customer Service more

Great Customer Service - New Manager 9/24/2009

My friend had bought her washer and dryer here a few years ago at a wonderful savings. They had minor cosmetic damage on the bottom, but have worked perfectly for over 5 years. more

Great prices, bargain shoppers go here! 8/24/2009

I purchased a washer and dryer here in January for half the price in regular stores. They had a couple tiny scratches which made them ineligible for sale in the regular stores, even though they work just fine. They educated us on the warranty and maintenance of the items as well as communicated with us for delivery and setup. They had a variety of appliances including refrigerators, ovens, stoves, washer & dryers, elliptical machines, treadmills, plasma tvs and the list goes on and on... I plan on going here again for future appliance purchases. Pros: Amazing prices, great products Cons: Scratch & Dent Merchendise more

Do not shop here""............ 3/9/2009

First of al the manager nakeesha was really rude and had a dog face on....she was no help at all, then I browsed around and saw that store prices are waaaay cheaper than the outlet prices, the only good thing about my experience there was that a really nice young hispanic girl helped me find what I needed at a reasonable price. Other than that I saw too many people doing returns cause the stuff they bought did not work. Awful! more
