I was super dissapointed. I purchased a washer. I went home and saw that it was actually CHEAPER to purchase a NEW and UNSCRATCHED washer from Sears and other stores.\r

They are charging OVER store prices for damaged goods. Incredibly dissapointed. Terrible service.\r

When I called (30 minutes after purchase) to cancel my order, they said they would price match the new appliance that was found online. Ok, great but is there a discount for the appliance being scratched, dented and 'returned'? He would only give me $10.00 off.\r

I therefore purchased a brand NEW, same model washer for cheaper than the price at the Sears Outlet
Cons: Terrible Service, high prices on damaged product.
