Never Try Sears Opticals 7/12/2008

Hi! Need a glasses? Do NOT try SEARS OPTICALS! I went through a very bad experience with them. I ordered an eye glasses and my prescription is a light one. They told me it was going to take a week. It took 10 days, and guess what?? The lenses came incorrect! Worse than that is that they offered a 20% off for the waiting time if I placed a new order and then I had to wait for another 10 days!! ONLY 20% for the waiting time, they screwed up for such a light prescription and hey I am ordering a glasses not a pizza! I had been without glasses for 10 days and had to wait for another 10 days for the mistake they did and what they offered? 20% off, rediculous. Certainely I was not happy with that and I cancelled the order and went to Eye Masters and got two glasses for the same price that Optical Sears asked for one glasses! So be smart, save money and hassels and do NOT try Sears Opticals. more
