WORST SERVICE EVER! 8/31/2011

Today I went to the Sears automotive center next to Memorial City Mall for my first time and I was very excited. I work across the street in a large business building. I was very excited because I knew I would be able to drop my car off and walk to work. The convenience would prove to be invaluable for all my future car needs. I never would believe how badly I would be disappointed. I arrive in my Jeep and park it in the garage where I was told by one of the mechanics I could go inside and set up my oil change. I was happy to see that they understood that standing in 105 degree weather in Houston would be the last thing I would want to do when I more
