Last summer I bought a push mower from sears. We brought the mower home and ran it for almost one hour before the engine seized up and it would not start. (Yes there was oil in it) Brought it back the next morning. Was told I must have done something to it. First they were going to replace it then they reluctantly took it back (after much arguing) to be repaired. It took three weeks to get it fixed. This mower is junk even after my BRAND NEW mower was ""fixed"" it has never run properly it chutters and spurts burns through oil and spark plugs and the idle is terrible. When mowing it constantly dies floods and dies. Sears should honor their own sales slip that says customer satisfaction guaranteed. They have my money and I have a junk mower. BUY FROM TRUE VALUE IN HURLEY don't buy any product from this sears store they won't stand behind their product. Jack would have taken this piece of junk back in a heart beat no questions asked.
