Sears Hometown store in Stillwater is the best! Staff are knowledgeable about all products, helpful with selection of product which best suits my needs, and even let me know when the item I wanted would be on sale! Plus, I've always loved their service and warranty plans. I took my weedeater in because I was having trouble getting the bump cap off, and it still had four days warranty left on it...they simply exchanged it for a brand new one! (which will only have four days warranty), but it is new! I highly recommend purchasing anything that Sears has to offer, knowing I can trust the product, warranty and service! more

Sears home town store in Stillwater, Okla, has always had friendly, helpful sales staff on board who know the products, the service and warranty plans. We have never had bad experience at this store. more

Great customer service. No waiting for help or standing in line! Quick delivery of purchase. Delivery people were professional and courteous. Whole experience was very positive. I will consider Hometown Sears before Lowes for my next purchase! more
