I'd like to preface this by saying I have had nothing but great service prior to today. I had a scheduled appointment as a follow-up to a previous repair involving a flat tire on a lawn tractor. The appointment was scheduled between noon and 5pm today. I received an automated phone call at approximately 3:30pm letting me know they would be running late. At about 5:15pm the technician called and said he was in town at another call and would be here before long. Never heard from him or Sears again. Finally, at 7:30 I called customer service and was told that my appointment had been cancelled and the technician had gone home sick. I did not cancel the appointment. No one from Sears bothered to call me. I just had to make a new appointment with the first available being a week later. Sure hope they show up this time. Terrible service, I know Sears is capable of better than this.
