At the time of submitting my car for oil change, they promised to give the car back in two hours - 4:45. I am at counter and no one is there to take care of customers. At 5:15, the guy who took my order comes and says it has been hoisted, oil drained but no one to fill the oil. The manager (I think his name was Rick) just did not care. I could not take the car as oil was drained and it was hoisted.
At 6:00, another young guy at counter came and pleaded my case and I got it finally at 6:15, late for picking up my kids. Extremely terrible service. If managers don't care this is what happens. Sears is going down the drain and I was a loyal customer
Pros: There is nothing good about it
Cons: automotive service does not care about customers.
