Excellent customer service 4/17/2017

Sears got to my house within their allotted time frame and I was very pleased with their service. He listened to a problem I was having and he had it fixed and my garage fully tuned up within 25 minutes. I will be using Sears Garage Solutions in the future. more

Chuck was really nice, professional and helpful, got the job done pretty quick, but however I have a BAD view of your Sears store in Greenwood, IN, they sold me the wrong remote, paid cash, lost receipt and because the Sales rep didn't register me I couldn't get my 47.00 back for the one they told me would work, I even gave them the model number to make sure I would get the right remote. more

Great experience installing my garage door opener 12/5/2016

Chuck was timely and courteous throughout the process. He was very thorough and did a great job of communicating all relevant information.Only took him 40 min to complete the install from start to finish and that included some minor issues that required troubleshooting. GREAT experience overall. more

He was very prompt, courteous, informative, and even answered other questions about future garage needs. I appreciated the prompt service and professionalism. more
