Fantastic Experience - Garage Door Repair 4/22/2017

I had a fantastic experience with Sears Garage Solutions and my technician, John on 04/22/2017. I called Sears on a Friday afternoon to schedule repair work on my Sears Craftsman garage door opener. Sears was able to have a technician at my house within 24 hours. The technician, John, was very personable, helpful and knowledgable. He talked me though all my options and the cost for each option. He completed the needed work and explained all the work he performed to ensure I understood what was done and to see if I had any questions. Service review 4/17/2017

Scheduling the service call took longer than the repair. Multiple calls to the 800 number and work was to take place between 9 and 1. Instead, we had to follow up and it occurred between 2 and 5. Work was performed quickly and at reasonable costs (Service call fee + a battery). more

This was a most enjoyable fix after previous unhappiness with the work that was done. Zack was very polite and helpful and offered a souition to what has been a frustrating four years with this garage door opener. He could come and repair any problem and make it a pleasant event. I had a true professional named Roberto Torres come to my home in a timely and clean manor. He was friendly, social and very good at his job. He is a true definition of the phrase "excellent customer service" and is a very valuable asset to Sears Garage Solutions.
