Erik did a great job. He called prior to arriving and arrived when he said he would. He immediately diagnosed the problem, told me the cost and fortunately, had the replacement part in his truck. He replaced the faulty part and re-established operation of the lamp that is supposed to illuminate whenever the garage door is activated. Thanks, Erik! more

Steve S. was very professional when installing our garage door opener. He ran into a couple problems with the installation, like the ball bearings on the track rollers were no good & had to be replaced. He worked through the problems like a professional & finished in a timely manner. Everything works great, & I am very happy with the job he did & my new garage door opener. more

Professional Installation 7/31/2017

The new opener was a replacement for an older Sears Craftsman garage door opener that was approximately 19 years old. I would recommend anyone needing a new garage door opener to consider Sears Craftsman. Steve performed checks on the new garage door opener and related equipment. Confirmed the opener was working properly and I was satisfied with the installation. Politely answered all questions concerning Sears, the garage door opener, and other services Sears performs. Steve was very polite, pleasant, and professional. Five stars for Steve! more

I was totally satisfied with the workmanship that was provided on June 29th by your service man Eric K in regards to repairing my garage door. His kindness and patience were well received along with his perfectionism. He knows his job and does it well. He had also repaired 2 smaller problems- one which was badly needed and overlooked upon when my door opener was first installed. I couldn't thank Eric enough!! Steve was a professional coming out to replace the 2 garage opener battery back-ups & adjust the doors. He did not have the batteries which are covered in my 5 year extended warranty as the Sears office and waranty departments clashed with no it was not and yes it was covered causing Steve to come out to do 1/2 the job as was scheduled. He now has to come back out with the 2 batteries in about 2 weeks or more once they come in to replace them and I will have to make another appointment and wait and waste another day to get them installed. Sears should inform their repairmen of the items needed for the job before coming out to the job and comfirming that everything is covered under the warranty as I did. This is incompetance on Sears part and not the repairman and a waste of my time and aggravation. more
