Sears Garage Solutions provided very good service. I couldn't be happier about how great the technician was. But, when I called in to place the order for a belt replacement, I was given a price of $55. It ended up costing me $89, because the technician said I had been quoted for the wrong belt. I don't know what happened, but I will talk to them about it. They got here before they were supposed to and did a great job, but the quote was off. more

Fantastic job and super honest! 11/7/2013

My garage door was stuck closed with my car inside and I had to make it to my sons parent teacher meeting. I called Sears Garage Doors and spoke to a very understanding and courteous person who scheduled someone the same afternoon. The technician came out and told me that I lost power in my electrical outlet which caused my garage door opener to stop working. We plugged it into a different outlet temporarily and it started working!!! They recommended a couple of other things that I may need in the next few months and I will definitely call them after the holidays! Thank you Sears Garage Doors for your honesty! more

The door was broken, now it's fixed! 10/28/2013

Sears Garage Solutions replaced two pulleys and a hinge on my two garage openers. The guy who showed up was cheerful and knowledgeable. He looked the door over once and knew what was wrong pretty quick. He even had the parts to fix it with him and completed the job in a timely manner. If I ever have any problems with the doors, I'd like for him to come back. more
