He was very helpful and polite, as well as one of the most skilled workmen I have ever met. His work was quick and precise. I am also happy with the Sears door and the assistance Tomas gave me in selecting it. more

Garage door replacement 10/11/2017

I am puzzled as to why Sears sent me this request for feedback now, since the service has not been performed yet. It was just scheduled yesterday. All that was done was an inspection of the garage and choice of door style (and down payment). I have every confidence that the work will be done properly, as the technician seems quite competent. more

Corey was terrific! He called to let me know he had finished a previous job early and could arrive sooner than our scheduled appointment. He arrived on time, knew exactly what the problem was, explained it to me in terms I could understand, and was thorough and efficient. If only all service technicians were so helpful! Thanks. more

Good experience 11/4/2016

Corey installed our new door opener. He arrived on time, was professional, explained what he was doing, and went over the operation of the door/remotes, explained some issues with door/parts itself that we might want to address (door is 25 years old), and cleaned the area. Overall a good experience. more
