very prompt, actually alittle early, called first. quick thorough fix and very good explanation of issue and options. I chose repair vs replace, satisfied with my decision. Love the one year warranty included now with repairs. Would recc Len to family and friends. more

Jay was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had both of my garage door refurbished after a cable broke. He arrived at the appointed time and completed the work within his time estimate. Jay adjusted the doors after the refurbishment to ensure they closed properly. Debbie was also very helpful when I contacted them and setup the appointment. I was very pleased with the service provided from Sears Garage Doors and Repairs and would recommend them to others needing any garage door service. more

Very professional, and very responsive. The office staff could not have been more accommodating in helping to schedule an appointment and to confirm the appointment date. Lenny M., the field technician, was just terrific - He can came on time, or alerted me if he was running late and always gave an estimate of his arrival time. He carefully explained everything that was needed for our garage repair. The work was first rate. more

Garage door opener (2) replacement 12/12/2016

Len arrived at scheduled time, fully explained work he was to perform, confirmed the price previously quoted and the total time to complete the job. All work was completed, functioning of the openers fully explained and the work area left clean and neat. Len was very friendly, knowledgeable and polite throughout the entire process. Would certainly use their services again and recommend them to friends. more

Installation of garage door opener 11/19/2016

Ricky and his partner arrived on time and were quick to start setting up. They were friendly and very easy to get along with while they worked. After the install, they cleaned up and took the time to explain the new system and how to program the remotes. If I ever had to replace or purchase a new system, I would ask for them. more

Ricky was very professional and very informative. Ricky was very neat and did an excellent job. Within the next week we will be replacing the garage door opener and hopefully Ricky will be the installer. Excellent job installing new openers 11/4/2016

My garage is has low ceilings, pipes, and vents in the way, making it a difficult garage door opener install. Dave Fish did an excellent job and also took the time to go over all the different features of the new openers. I would recommend Dave for all of your garage door and opener needs. more
