Maybe its this way with all Dentist, but doesn't it seem that there is always work to be done? That was case with each visit I made to DentalWorks.
My hygentist, Tanya, was great. She was gentle and very nice to work with.
My family (7 of us) used this practice for 2 yrs till they dropped our insurance
Dr Trakakis was very impersonal. He always refered to me as "sir". I don't expect him to remember me, but how hard is it to look at my chart and greet me by my first name. My last visit he looked in my mouth and noted "two crowns on the right side" as if they were a surprise to him. He put them in the year before. Again look at the chart for 1 minute before you walk into the room for a quick review of my history.
If they had not dropped our insurance, we would most likely still be using them as I hate changing dentist.
So far our new dentist is going well.
