Good, but could be better 7/5/2010

We used Sears to clean our carpet after moving out of a rental house, and to clean our air ducts after moving in to a new house. The only disappointment with the carpet cleaning is that they were not able to remove a stain caused by plant water overflowing from the planter. In fact, the spot seemed larger after they cleaned it, as if it spread to a larger area. Otherwise, they did a good job. The only disappointment with the air duct cleaning is that the air hose that they dragged throughout the house left black marks on our walls. The black marks appear on corners and doors where they dragged the air hose around the corners or around the doors. Otherwise, this service was good as well.
