Sears offers a replacement warranty on thier clothes and shoes for kids. But when we went back, they wouldn't honor it. We were so mad. Then, a few months later, we needed new battery cables and posts for the used car we had just purchased and we needed them that day so my wife took it to Sears. They quoted her 12.00 for new posts and cables and then charged her twenty-two and then we she got home with the card, I checked it and they hadn't even done any work! Any at all! They gave us a refund but that didn't help at 8 o'clock at night when we're trying to drive to OKC and can barely start the car because we needed new posts and cables. I will never shop there again.
Pros: There aren't any, so far as I can tell.
Cons: They don't honor what they say, and thier kids shoes fall apart fast.
