I like Sears. This will not change my future purchase of items there...however...beware of sales persons bearing apparent gifts of knowledge. Timothy in appliances may befriend you with his bad credit history and those of other co-workers, how surprised he and they all were when approved for x amount of dollars to give you a sense of ""okayness"" (coined word) that regardless of your credit worthiness, you will get the credit. GE and Sears do not approve you if you have bad credit. If you are building your credit...they would not be a good move as the denial will affect your credit score! \r

And Carlton, sales guy in tools, get some knowledge about tools in your store.
