Sears Auto Center

DO NOT EVER GET YOUR OIL CHANGED AT SEARS AUTO CENTERS THEIR ASSOCIATES DAMAGED MY WINDOW & REFUSED TO REPAIR IT. I contacted customer service about the situation. They informed me that there's nothing they can do and that the window was damaged the prior to my service, which is false. When I received my car, both my windows were rolled all the way down and my air conditioning was on full blast. Your associate had NO RIGHT to do either of these actions and is at fault for the damage to my vehicle. Before I left the Auto Center, I asked to speak to a manager and they refused. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this horrid experience. more
