My car was in for new tires and had over $700 in damage done on top of having two of the wheels seated incorrectly. They then proceeded to lie to the main Sears office about the details of the incident, and that office subsequently lied to the Better Business Bureau. Their handling of the problem has been horrible and it doesn't seem like they have made any offort to prevent this from happening to other customers like you. Take you car elsewhere.
