I've been bringing my vehicle here for close to 10 years now and I've never been disappointed. The sales staff is very friendly, the technicians are smart and if you have a question that have no problem talking to you like you're a real person. They'll also bring you out and show you the problem. I never get that type of treatment at a dealership.\r \r Their warranties are great. Their hours are better. And their waiting room (the mall) is huge. Keurig coffee machine in the store, directv to keep me occupied, and a very friendly atmosphere make this the ONLY place you should bring your vehicle more

I will find my Sears receipt for the purchase of 4 tires for my vehicle. Initially I was amazed at the service and how quickly the service was completed. I had gone to breakfast and came back and the tires were on the vehicle. Preventive maintenance was preformed on the same vehicle by another shop this week and during the examination of the tires it was determined that whomever attempted to balance the tires did so improperly. No wonder the unskilled service technicians were done so quickly. I trust my mechanics judgement! Paid twice / once for poor service / twice to get the job properly completed.
