Sears Auto Center

This is the WORST place to go for your vehicle. They basically vandalized my car and refused to repair what they did. They cut terminal connectors on my car saying that they were corroded and replaced them with after market connectors. Only thing is they were NOT corroded, they just cut them to fit the incorrect battery they put in my car! Now I have lights going off in my car for no reason due to the fact that my car has be compromised. A previous comment is correct...they are rude, arrogant and don't know what they are doing. The names mentioned are the exact ones I had to deal with. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!! OR IT WILL COST YOU!!! more

I've been coming to the Costa Mesa Sears Auto Center for about three years now, after they went above-and-beyond the call of duty to get me included in a day-after-thanksgiving tire sale that ended at noon day-after-thanksgiving.. Compared to the other Sears Auto Centers nearby, I always get waited on promptly, the service or repair gets done by the time they say, and I leave with a satisfying feeling of the business transaction overall. If you get tires, the road hazard warranty is worth it's weight in gold, especially if your vehicle is front-wheel drive, where the front tires usually wear much faster than the rear tires when left unrotated, due to front-heavy weight distribution of a front wheel drive vehicle. Tire rotations will be free, puncture fixes and flats will be fixed free, and road hazard tire destruction is covered, all at any Sears nationwide. There's a big McDonald's in the same mall (plenty of room to stay for a while), also a Starbuck's close to McDonald's; get a Coke, take a book, and relax at McDonald's for the Sears Auto Center service on your vehicle to be completed ! more
