Went into Sears Bloomington auto center today about 11:30am, doors open, mechanics working, people standing behind counter...totally ignored, stood around, some manager looking guy walked right by me, didnt even look at me... went up to counter waited right in front of a young blond haired fellow who didnt look up at me..I'm a pretty big guy, hard to miss.... the other counter attendent ..standing maybe 10 feet away was busy texting, No one acknowleged me, no one said, I'll be right with you... not a kiss off or anything! I guess since i've moved to Illinois, Ive gotten used to sub par customer service, but this takes the cake! Beyond rude, this has got to be the worst situation for any business, guess they do not need anymore customers, the empty parking lot spoke volumes of how well people recieve this type of treatment! I stood around in the shop, trying to make I contact..totally igmored...oh well. I wanted a set of those Rancho shocks installed into my off road truck, along with an alignment, brakes and an oil change... Guess I'll go elsewhere from now on, if they dont need what was surely a 500 dollar minimum job. Congradulations Sears for perhaps having the worst possible customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!!
