I HAVE NEVER BEEN TTREATED WITH SUCH ABSOLUTE DISREGARD AND DISRESPECT. THE CRAFTSMAN WEEDWACKER WE PURCHASED THE PRIOR FALL HAD NOT EVEN BEEN OUT OF THE BOX. IT COULDNT HAVE BEEN USED MORE THAN 5 TIMES THE WHOLE SEASON. THE PULLSTART FRAYED AND CAME OFF. IT TOOK ALMOST 6 WEEKS FOR THEM TO REPAIR THE PULLSTART. 2ND TIME USING IT AFTER WE FINALLY GOT IT BACK AND IT MYSTERIOUSLY HAS A MAJOR OIL LEAK. THE FAMALE MANAGER WAS DISRESPECTFUL, I COULDNT EVEN FINISH EXPLAINING WITHOUT HER INTERUPTING. THEN SHE WAS BABBLING TO SOMEONE IN THE BACKGROUND, NOT EVEN LISTENING TO ME. THEN SHE SAYS, OH WELL, IF U WANNA BRING IT IN WE CAN SEND IT OUT AND SEE HOW MUCH IT COSTS TO FIX. YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME. I WILL MAKE A POINT TO TELL ANYONE AND EVERYONE ABOUT HOW TERRIBLE MY EXPERIENCE WAS, AND DISCOURAGE THEM FROM EVER SHOPPING AT SEARS IN NEWTON NEW JERSEY.
