I so wish I would have seen this before I ever dealt with this scumbag! When in person he says everything u want to hear, I should have gone with my gut! As soon as the check was handed over to him he's nowhere to be found! Doesn't return phone calls, nothing! In four days I'm gonna be homeless!!!! utilities have been called. I am also being harassed by Sean Kerrigan and he is taking me to court over over back rent. Sean Kerrigan was never my landlord, in fact he accused my landlord of subleasing the property to us and has tried suing him as well. He must really be hard up for money. We have since moved out of the property and after two months of peaceful living he has once again popped back in our lives like the parasite he is. If anyone has any information on Sean Kerrigan or an attorney that has dealt with this maniac in the past please let me know. This man needs to be stopped. He is a degenerate slum lord that will stop at nothing to get your money. Please Help Me. more

They say only a true sociopath believes his own lies. I'm afraid that's what we have here. In the past several weeks, Sean Kerrigan told two judges, an arbitration board, and a prospective landlord that I haven't paid my rent since May. The fact that I had copies of all my receipts showing that I had paid never even phased him. He told one judge that he had to replace the front door because of damage I did--had a fake receipt and everything. Next breath, he told the judge he didn't know I'd moved out on November 1. Now, if you didn't know I moved (even though I notified your attorney and had that in writing too), and you haven't given me keys, HOW WOULD I BE GETTING IN AND OUT? A quick drive past the apartment on 12/12/08 and again on 1/21/09 prove that the door was never replaced. I was chastized by a local judge for saying that Sean is buying all of them off, but he won this?--how is that possible? His lie was easily proven.\r \r We were also in court for an appeal where he charged me 200% of the correct price to replace a very small window. Again, had all the proof--he still won. What else are we to think?\r \r Then he took me to court for harassment. Of course, I WON because every word I had said was true. This opens the way for me to pursue malicious prosecution, perjury, theft, and harassment myself. \r \r But I HAVE A LIFE. One recent story tells it all: Sean was renting an apartment to an elderly woman in the Park Building in Wilmerding. He was charging her $750 a month, plus $100 a month for a water bill left by previous tenants. Allegheny County recently inspected the house and found it to be completely inhabitable. Sean showed no remorse. Other tenants have confided that Sean was livid because they paid their water bills at the water company.
