The people at Seams to be are rude, overpriced, and do not have a concept of customer courtesy. I ordered a vehicle headliner, and was told it would be in within two days; that they would call when it came in. Four days went by before I finally called them. When I asked about it the gentlemen on the phone says, ""oh yeah, it's here"". So I asked if I could come in to have it installed, and his response was, ""no you have to make an appointment"". This is not an unreasonable request, so I made an appointment for one week later. When I arrived after taking off from school and my husband from work, they looked surprised to see us, and then said they could not do it because of the rain. They didn't bother to call us in advance to reschedule. When I expressed my frustration the woman was utterly rude. Her response was she's not a weather person and cannot predict the weather. Well it had been raining for two days. Any idiot who has lived in Florida for two minutes knows when they look outside if it is going to rain or not. Especially when it is raining when they go to bed, and still raining when they wake up. She said she would call me after she looks at the weather to reschedule. One week later, and I havn't heard anything. It's been sunny, and dry every day since. Seams to be has bad business ethics and I would NOT recommend them to anyone including an enemy. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere.
