This is a nice small-town supermarket. It's small but has all the basic necessities for your household pantry. Prices are slightly high, as they are at most independently owned grocery stores, but aren't totally unreasonable ... however, I did pay the same prices for groceries when I lived in New York City, even though the cost of living is much, much lower in Athens. However, the employess are friendly and knowledgeable, and they give a level of customer service that you can't find in any of the big chain grocery stores. If you're looking for dirt cheap prices, avoid Seaman's. However, if you're looking to support a friendly locally-owned business, this would be a great store to go to.
